Had a busy day surfing the net looking for children's bookstores. Found two, so emailed them in the hope that they will allow me to do a book signing and perhaps organise a reading too.

Don't you just love the way children believe! At Christmas I was talking to my grandchildren when Scarletina wanted to join in. They were thrilled and surprised that I was able to talk to her, so I pointed out to them that of course I was able speak with her, how else could I have written the book!

I have trod many paths in my life, and enjoyed doing so, but sometimes felt I was Jill of all trades and master of none, which wasn't true... but the sense of fulfillment I have felt writing this book has been a real gift, because I know that I have drawn on all of my experiences along those paths.

Being a qualified practitioner for Flower Essences for Animals, has allowed me to have empathy and understanding with the hidden qualities of flowers.

The course on Shamanic healing taught me about crystals, essences, energies and to look at our natural world with respect, love and joy, just as fairies do.

Performing in theatre for 25 years and giving talks on spirituality, healing and life has shown me how I relish standing up in front of people or children and entertaining them... oh Scarletina has just popped in.

Hello everyone, I want to say how wonderful it is to be able to talk with Bess. She isn't like most of the Two-Leggeds (she means humans) because she believes in the Devic world. You cannot imagine how maddening it is not to be heard, I mean we still talk to you but most of you just aren't aware of us.

My mum always said I had a very vivid imagination, and I am very happy to say I still have, and that I think allows me to still connect with my fairy friends.

I am so glad that you do Bess! Oh what fun we had today, we gave Shard a wonderful Spring Clean, he said it tickled when we brushed him, but we were very careful not to disturb the any of the Spider-Clan.

For those of you who have yet to read this delightful story, Shard is an oak tree, and Scarletina and her family live inside with Shard's permission of course, they belong to the clan of the Oak-Dwellers.

Sorry I have to go Bess, my mother is calling me, I told her I wouldn't be long, I just wanted to say hello to everyone, see you all next time...

A fleeting visit indeed, which is just as well as I have to get ready to go out, we are off to a Hitmen Hockey game tonight, snow is forecast tomorrow, so our very mild weather is coming to an end. Ah well, it was wonderful while it lasted.
